This collaborative, contemporary Dallas remodel was featured on the AIA Tour of Homes. The home was softened and similar landscape materials were used to reflect the architect’s updated finishes. The front exterior was completely opened up to create a more inviting, neighborhood-friendly front entry.  An extensive drainage system was installed for the client to overcome the existing challenges. A sleek pergola highlights the outdoor living area and expansive pool.
