Situated on the original double corner lot of the architecturally significant Penson home by O’Neill Ford, this 9000+ square foot Highland Park modern home pays homage to its design roots and its owners pay it forward by continuing with the Pensons’ philanthropic efforts within our Dallas community. This expansive, multi-level project included a rounded, negative-edge reflecting pool, retaining walls, walkways, sports court, putting green, pool, spa, pergola, and outdoor living space among its nearly 1 acre of gardens.
